Dongguan Yihong Webbing Products Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing factory specializing in webbing, cords, and pet products. Our core offerings include lanyards, straps, belts, luggage straps (bag straps), wristbands, as well as pet harnesses, collars, leashes, and complete pet accessory sets. We handle the entire production process in-house—from weaving, dyeing, and cutting to sewing, hardware assembly, and final quality inspection. We support OEM/ODM customization based on your designs or samples.

Located in the Huangjinji Industrial Zone, Shangjie, Qishi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, we primarily serve luggage and bag manufacturers, apparel brands, pet product brands, gift and promotional item companies, and foreign trade traders. Our woven tape products and pet supplies share the same tape base material, allowing for batch color matching to facilitate brand-wide collection launches and unified quality acceptance.

Workshop

Workshop & Equipment

Woven tape machines, warping equipment, dyeing and setting units, and cutting and sewing machines are arranged by process zone. Hardware assembly and inspection stations are located adjacent to the sewing area.

Winding and Weaving WorkshopThe webbing machine runs in full-row operation; density and hand feel are adjusted according to the customer's sample.

Dyeing and FinishingStandardize post-dyeing setting; verify batch color consistency against the color card.

Sewing and AssemblySewing, hardware assembly, and final product assembly are all completed within the same facility.

Final InspectionInspect appearance, stitching, hardware, and print adhesion by batch.

Hardware & AccessoriesSelect hardware such as hook-and-eye fasteners, buckle clips, and D-rings based on product requirements.
