Production Process and Technology
Seven seamless in-factory processes, each with specific process parameters and quality control checkpoints. We welcome on-site verification.

Warping and Weaving
Warp the loom per order specifications to produce webbing with the required width and density.
- Verify yarn batch
- Confirm Webbing Width and Density
- First Article Comparison with Customer Sample
Quality Control Points:Release bulk production after first-article approval; ensure the webbing surface is free of broken yarns and skipped stitches.

Dyeing and Setting
After dyeing, the webbing is heat-set to ensure color stability and prevent shrinkage or twisting.
- Match by color swatch
- Batch dyeing
- Curing Temperature and Time Log
Quality Control Points:Compare color difference for each batch of retained samples; after setting, the webbing must be straight and free of curling edges.

Crop
Cut webbing to product length specifications and finish all edges uniformly.
- Length specification verification
- Heat-seamed or bound edge
- Bundle cut pieces by order
Quality Control Points:Length tolerance controlled per work order; cut edges must be free of loose fibers.

Sewing and Assembly
Sewn and assembled with reinforced stitching at stress points.
- Uniform stitch direction
- Double-reinforce load-bearing points
- Align components
Quality Control Points:Randomly inspect stitch density and knot placement; ensure no skipped stitches or loose threads.

Hardware Assembly
Install hardware such as hook-and-loop fasteners, buckles, and D-rings; verify smooth opening and closing.
- Hardware Model Verification
- Electroplated Surface Inspection
- Hinge smoothness test
Quality Control Points:Hardware is scratch-free and rust-free. Buckles open and close smoothly and return to position correctly.

Finished Product Inspection
Inspect appearance, dimensions, hardware, and print adhesion by batch.
- Full or sample inspection of appearance
- Size Verification
- Verify Print vs. Woven Label
Quality Control Points:Non-conforming products are quarantined and reworked; inspection records are retained per batch.

Packaging & Shipping
Pack, label, and ship according to customer packaging requirements.
- Confirm Packaging Method
- Verify packing quantity and shipping marks
- Pre-shipment inventory check
Quality Control Points:Quantity and size ratio in the carton match the packing list; packaging is intact.
Device and Process Configuration
Equipment is arranged by process zone: weaving and finishing at the front, cutting, sewing, and hardware assembly in the middle, and inspection and packaging at the rear to minimize semi-finished goods handling and waiting time.
| Device / Station | Process Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Weaving machine | Plain, Twill, and Jacquard Weaving |
| Winding Equipment | Warping yarn on the machine to ensure uniform tape density. |
| Dyeing and Setting Equipment | Webbing Dyeing, Drying, and Setting |
| Cutting Machine | Cut webbing and fabric to specification |
| Industrial Sewing Equipment | Final assembly, edge binding, and reinforcement of stress points |
| Hardware Assembly Station | Installation and adjustment of hook clasps, buckle clips, and D-rings |
Actual machine count and production capacity configuration can be verified on-site during inquiry or factory audit.
Quality Control
Inspection records and retained samples are stored with each batch. Corresponding batch documentation can be provided to customers during inspections or to third-party testing agencies upon request.
